Payment Terms

Payment terms typically include a deposit upon booking and full payment before the flight departure. Payment methods and deadlines may vary.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies outline penalties or fees for canceling the charter, as well as any refund eligibility based on the timing of the cancellation.

  • After signed confirmation 50% of the total amount
  • 10 - 06 Days prior to departure 50% of the total amount
  • 05 - 04 Days prior to departure 60% of the total amount
  • 03 - 01 Days prior to departure 80% of the total amount
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure 100% of the total amount.

Flight Changes
